Theme for the month | What color is White?
How do we paint light white tones without it looking chalky? This month we learn from at Cecilia Beaux, Sargent and Sorolla and explore the subtlety of color and value in bright light paintings. We will keep it light and loose by doing one painting per week.
Dominique demonstrates the painting process and breaks down the process into clear steps. We use a limited palette designed to help us understand color theory and relationships. Each week students receive critiques. Enjoy lifetime access to the class demos and critique recordings.
Short Pose | This class focuses on portrait and figure painting in oil and the poses range from 1-2 weeks.
